SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic Shipping

We ship your wheels FAST from our national network of warehouses. All OEM wheels for sale are offered with FREE SHIPPING within the Continental US.

  • We ship factory wheels through UPS Ground Service and replacement wheels through FedEx Ground. 
  • Products may ship separately from different warehouses.
  • Most orders entered and funded before 1:00 PM CST will ship on the same day.
  • Should there be a shipping delay, or if your custom order requires more time to prepare, we will advise you via email.
  • Please keep in mind that UPS will not deliver to APO's, FPO's, or P.O. Boxes.
  • Tracking numbers are provided to you via email upon shipping your item(s).
  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is subject to carrier shipping surcharges to those States.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico through USPS.

Please obtain a shipping quote, including your ZIP CODE before purchasing if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

  • All wheels shipping outside the Continental US are subject to a pre-shipment inspection at one of our Quality Control centers. This is to verify your order is shipping correctly before it leaves the country.
  • Import, insurance and duty fees, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer.    

Shipping to Canada

We ship to Canada through UPS Canada Service.

  • OEM wheels for sale shipping to Canada will have a pre-shipment inspection at one of our Quality Control centers. This is to verify your order is shipping correctly before it leaves the country.
  • GST, PST and HST sales taxes, Duty and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged Shipments

On rear occasions, shipments may be subject to damage while in route.  If you happen to receive a package that is clearly damaged, let us know immediately. The process is simple:

  1. If you receive a package that has been damaged during shipping, please DO NOT ACCEPT THE DAMAGED PACKAGE(s).
  2. If you have already accepted the package, please take a few pictures of the damaged box and its contents (if applicable). Pictures are the most important proof of the damage.
  3. Call the Carrier Claims department and report the damage as the Receiver or file a claim online. They will send your delivery driver the next day to inspect the package and contents.
  4. Please DO NOT try to install, repair or modify the damaged wheel in any way.
  5. Call us to report the damage. We will issue a Return Authorization and try to immediately ship a replacement item for you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The delivery driver, at his/her discretion, may choose to leave the package(s) at the door or on your porch. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery of the package.

You will receive a tracking number and a link for your shipment once it has left our warehouse. We strongly recommend that you check the tracking status of your shipment periodically to make sure someone will be present to receive the package(s) upon delivery.  If you have any questions regarding the tracking information given to you or your package shows delivered and you can’t find it, please contact your local carrier's office for assistance and notify us.

You, as the receiver, are responsible for reporting lost or stolen shipments to the carrier.
