Wheels - Product Information

All of our original OEM wheels are guaranteed in NEW or Like NEW condition. The majority of our wheels are factory take-offs that have been refurbished and refinished to their usual factory presentation. Chrome wheels are re-chromed, and chrome-cladded wheels have a pristine new cladding.

All our OEM replica and wheel replacements are brand-new, and therefore in NEW condition.

Absolutely not. We buy used wheels in truckloads from certified core vendors. That guarantees us that 95.4% of the wheels received are 100% structurally sound already. Our wheel shop and affiliates will inspect the structure of each wheel before it is placed on the refinishing line. Once the wheel is given a green bill of health, the techs will strip and refinish (powder coat) the wheel to its original presentation.

We do not accept cracked or bent wheels from our vendors.

The term OEM means Original Equipment Manufactured by the original automotive brand like Mercedes, Chevrolet, Honda, or Volkswagen.

  • An OEM wheel is simply one of the original wheels that came from the factory in one of the brand’s vehicles. They usually have the brand’s logo stamped on the reverse of the wheel, along with other stamps indicating the wheel’s size, part number, and offset.
  • An OEM Replacement, or factory replacement, is an aftermarket wheel identical to the original OEM wheel. Since the wheel is an exact aftermarket replica, it will serve as a replacement for the original. These wheels are sold brand-new and usually, at a lower price than the original.
  • An OEM Replica is also an aftermarket wheel. They are almost identical to the OEM wheel and serve as a replacement, but they are also made in different sizes and finishes to accommodate more vehicles.

We take most product images ourselves at our warehouse. However, images tend to reflect the lights around the pictured object, and the final product may seem a shade different in color than the real wheel. Use the images as a guide, but check the color description in the body of the product listing.

We certainly work with manufacturers with the best certifications possible, such as the ISO 9001 and SAE J2530 certifications. In addition, our aftermarket manufacturers have been quality certified by QS9000, TS16949, and are SAE and DOT approved and guaranteed to be straight and true.

Our cut-off time is 1:00 pm CST (US Central Standard Time). Most orders placed before 1:00 pm on weekdays are shipped the SAME DAY. Orders received on weekdays after 1:00 pm are shipped the next business day.

Keep in mind that special orders may take up to 3 business days before they are shipped.

We will ship from the warehouse where we have a ready wheel and closest to your delivery address. We are also pretty quick at sending you the tracking number(s), so you can follow the wheel process. Keep an eye on the delivery date, especially if you buy a set of wheels since we will ship as “signature only”, and UPS will require your signature to deliver.

Most shipments reach their destination between 2 and 4 business days.

A special order occurs when we search for a wheel that is not currently in stock for a customer. If the specific wheel you need is unavailable, we’ll try to find it elsewhere. The price may vary compared to our standard pricing, but we’ll provide you with options. Our guarantee applies to all specially ordered wheels. Rest assured, we’ll always inform our customers if a special order is necessary and provide details on the final cost.
