Payment and Shipping

Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, PayPal Pay Later, Affirm, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method(s) provided.
Shipping: We ship to various locations. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

We offer FREE SHIPPING within the 48 lower states of the contiguous United States.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are subject to carrier fees.
Shipping to Canada is subject to carrier Canadian Services rates.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Tracking numbers are sent to you via email or SMS.
Same Day Shipping: Except for isolated cases and special orders, orders received on weekdays by 1:00 pm US Central Standard Time (CST) ship the same day.

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy: We accept returns of unused, and undamaged products within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.

Policy

Mounted, Installed, or Used wheels are not returnable.
Wheel returns or exchanges must be reported within 30 days of purchase to be considered.
Should the order be incomplete or damaged, the best policy is to notify us within 48 hrs of receiving the shipment.
INSPECT your purchase before installation. Should you see any damage, please obtain pictures and report the problem to us.
All customers must obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) that we will provide to return a part.
The buyer is responsible for shipping fees.
We are responsible for shipping fees in case of an error from our Warehouses.
Returned items are subject to a 15% Restocking fee.
Canceled orders are subject to a processing fee of $20.00 per wheel.

2. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within a reasonable time. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
